My design process starts from understanding and empathizing with both users and business. I always strive to creating an intuitive, friendly, and enjoyable experience for people using the product while delivering values to the business.

When I’m not solving someone else’s problems, I’m usually sitting home with my pets planning for my next trip while sipping iced latte.
